Full Medisoft Error: A Registry entry for Medisoft can not be found. Please install a valid version of Medisoft. The error often presents when attempting to open Revenue Management.
This indicates a registry key and/or string value is missing at HKCU\Software\Medisoft\Patient Accounting.
Before modifying the registry, be sure to make a backup.
See the attached picture for a sample of what the correct values should look like. Alternatively, you can export this registry key (and its entries) from a computer where Revenue Management is opening properly.
