    Medisoft Error: 6633 The Adv Database Server did not respond

    in Medisoft

    Medisoft Error 6633: The Advantage Database Server did not respond to a database request in a timely manner

    1) This error can come if the client uses wireless for Medisoft on their computers or server. Hard-wired network connections are highly recommended. Check network connection speed – if only 10Mb or slower, this could be the cause. 2) Check the network connection between the router and server. Also, check ADS config utility for any timeouts/over usage. 3) Persistent maxed out CPU usage on the server or local computer may also cause out this timeout error
